El Despeñadero stands among the most iconic driven partridge estates in all of Spain. Located just over an hour south of Madrid near Toledo in the famed region of La Mancha, this private shooting estate has been at the heart of Spanish partridge tradition for more than 40 years.

Set across approximately 2,000 hectares of prime habitat—olive groves, farmland, forest, and rugged ravines—the estate provides the perfect terrain for strong, fast red-legged partridges driven over dramatic valleys and high shooting lines.

The shoot is owned and operated by the Vallano family, pioneers in Spanish driven partridge shooting, and refined through decades of experience and feedback from some of the world’s most accomplished guns.

A typical shooting day includes four to five intense drives, each lasting around 25 minutes, supported by professional loaders, beaters, and guides to ensure flawless presentation across the line.
