Hot-Barreled Dove & Pigeon Shoot in Argentina
For a dove hunting experience of a lifetime, consider joining us for Wings Hot-Barreled Dove Shoot in Argentina! We’ll arrive in Cordoba after a comfortable overnight flight, and be met by our Wings, Inc. team at the Cordoba International Airport. After collecting all our luggage, they’ll whisk us to our lodge, Estancia El Palomar, nestled in the hills near the town of Las Penas, Cordoba, which will be our home away from home for the next four days. After getting our gear unloaded, we’ll set out for our afternoon dove shoot from our individual and strategic positions spaced in the hills, overlooking the beautiful valley below. This is a picturesque and unique setting for an outstanding shooting experience.
With your personal bird boy providing assistance, you’ll enjoy some of the 35 million doves the government tells us we have in our valley. You’ll watch the birds fly across the valley toward you, zip over your head from behind you, or fly across your position but actually below you, and just about every other approach you can possibly imagine. They’re artful dodgers, and provide a wonderful challenge to even the best shooters.
After our first afternoon of shooting, we’ll return to the lodge for snacks & drinks, followed by an outstanding gourmet dinner, prepared by our own chef and served by our efficient white-gloved staff. Of course, along with our dinners, you’ll enjoy excellent Argentina wines bottled especially for our lodge. The next two days will be similar, with breakfast served to order at a most reasonable hour, followed by transportation to the blinds for more hot-barreled action. At midday, when the birds take a short rest, we will have lunch in the shade, complete with tenderloin, ribs, sausages, salads, Argentina’s wonderful bread, and your choice of beverages.
After lunch, you can opt for a short nap in the cool shade on a very comfortable cot, laid out for your enjoyment. At the end of each day, we’ll head back to the estancia for more snacks & drinks, followed by dinner & more of Argentina’s excellent wines. Day four will start just like the previous two days, with breakfast made to order and the short trip to the hills for more dove shooting. Following the morning hunt, we’ll return to the lodge for lunch, repacking, and the drive over to Cordoba International for our connecting flight home arriving back by midday the following day.
In addition to a wonderful shooting opportunity, this particular adventure includes food & lodging in the shooting area, open bar, snacks, all ground transportation in Argentina, bird boys, guides & guaranteed smiles. It does not include airfare, shells, tips, and items of a personal nature. We’ll be happy to assist with airfares for coordination, so the only decision you really have to make is the one to go! We take care of the busywork, so you can enjoy the dove hunting experience of a lifetime!
